Place Your Order

Email your order to
customer_service @ mdpartycreations.ca. An invoice, including shipping charges, will be emailed to you.

Payment
- You may pay for your order using a credit card (via PayPal), cheque or money order. Note that you are no longer required to open a PayPal account to make a payment!
- An email confirmation of your order will be sent to you once you complete your order.
Please note that since all of the items that you order are personalized exclusively for you, your order must be paid in full before it is printed and shipped.
Order Preparation and Shipping
- Once your payment is received, a proof of the items ordered will be emailed to you for your approval. Please take the time to carefully review all of the details of the proofs (including names, dates, general text, fonts, etc.). MAKE SURE YOU LOOK YOUR PROOF OVER VERY CAREFULLY! If you have a change in your information (i.e. date, time, etc.) once items have been printed, you will be charged for the reprint.
- If any changes are required, please send a reply to the email listing the required changes. If the requested changes or corrections are not done, we will replace the items at no charge to you.
- Once your proofs are approved, your order will be printed, prepared, and shipped. Please note that it takes approximately 7 days to prepare an order once proof approval has been received; please email us if you need your order faster. If you requested a pick-up, we will contact you to setup a convenient time for you to take possession of your order.
